7. All dwellings constructed
upon lots within the aforesaid plan shall contain the following
minimum finished living areas:
(a) any ranch type dwelling
shall contain not less than 2,000 square feet of finished living
area and shall have, as an attached part of said structure, a
garage of sufficient size to house a minimum of two (2)
automobiles of standard size;
(b) any split-entry or
multi-level type dwelling shall contain not less than 2,200
square feet of finished living area, i.e., the exclusion of
foundations, basements and garages, etc., and shall have, as an
integral or attached part of said structure, a garage of
sufficient size to house a minimum of two (2) automobiles of
standard size;
(c) any one and one-half (1 1/2) story dwelling shall
contain not less than 2,600 square feet of finished living area
and shall have, as an integral or attached part of said
structure, a garage of sufficient size to house a minimum of two
(2) automobiles of standard size;
(d) any two (2) story
dwelling, having as a part of said structure an integral garage,
shall contain not less than 2,800 square feet of finished living
area and any such garage shall be of sufficient size to house a
minimum of two (2) automobiles of standard size;
(e) any two (2)
story dwelling, having as a part of said structure an attached
garage, shall contain not less than 2,600 square feet of
finished living area and any such garage shall be of sufficient
size to house a minimum of two (2) automobiles of standard size; |
