The concept of Staunton Heights began several years ago when Bundy Development Co. acquired the neighboring property to Staunton Farm, which has been owned by the Bundy Family since 1962.  Staunton Farm was originally a gentleman's farm, which included two barns, a cottage and small out building.  One of the barns and the small out building still remains today.  Many, who have long lived in this area, still remember the large while barn with the words "Staunton Farm" painted on its side.  Because of the rich history of Staunton Farm and family significance, we are committed to the integrity and beauty of the property and take great pride in developing an outstanding community.
